Buyer Protection & Disputes:

We at Nusnax work tirelessly to ensure any purchase from our website is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. However, should you not receive your item or receive an item that was different from what was described in the listing, we will endevour, at our discretion, to resolve the situation as quick as possible. However, are under no obligation to do so.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Notice & Take Down Procedure:

If you believe that content on our website may breach any of our Content Standards you can alert one of our administrators by emailing info@Nusnax.co.za. You will need to provide your email address and/or telephone together with a short explanation why you believe the content does not comply with our Content Standards. Reporting content will not automatically remove it but will ensure we look at it as soon as possible. The administrators will then decide whether to remove it permanently or reinstate it.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any direct or indirect loss or damage (including consequential loss and loss of profits, goodwill or business opportunities) arising from any third-party claim in relation to content you have uploaded onto our website or your breach of the provisions of these terms.

Social Media:

We have a social media presence and use Facebook and Instagram among other social media platforms. Please note that material posted by you to this site may be reposted or promoted by us on our social media platforms on the same conditions as apply to our website and subject to any additional conditions imposed by the platform in question. By posting to our website, you are deemed to consent to any reposting or promotion by us using social media.

Content Standards and Uploaded Content

Artwork, images or graphics in all formats are protected by copyright and  may not be modified without the permission of the artist and cannot be reused, claimed, distributed, mutilated or modified in any way or in a way would prejudice the reputation of the Artist.

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the material and data on our site, subject to the provisions in the intellectual property rights in the Content Standards and Uploaded Content (see above). Such rights include, but are not limited to:

Returns Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items cannot be returned due to buyer’s remorse.

If any items are damaged in transit, Returns or refunds will be discussed and granted based on our discretion. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

All refund or exchange requests should be emailed to returns@nusnax.co.za

Please describe in full detail the reason for your request (any pictures attached as part of this description must be in .png .jpg or PDF format ONLY)

Once your return/exchange request is received along with the physical item in question and has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items may not be refunded depending on the circumstances, this will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is processed, items will only be refunded at the sale price at which it was purchased.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should contact us for delivery information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
